Access sticker application form

Access stickers are only issued to members of the Sunninghill Gardens Homeowners Association.  On receipt of the sticker, you undertake to abide by all the security regulations set down by the SUNNINGHILL GARDENS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, and undertake not to issue this sticker to any vehicle other than the one listed below.  You understand that should these conditions not be abided by, that you will lose your right to belong to the above Association, and will not be issued with any further stickers in the future. 

Sticker applications are processed once a week.   Upon acceptance stickers will be delivered to your home by a respresentative of Savika Armed Response.
